1. About NEXT11VEN

NEXT11VEN Ltd ("NEXT11VEN", "we", "us", or "our") operates a non-league football recruitment platform at next11ven.com, connecting players, coaches, and clubs across the UK non-league pyramid.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the NEXT11VEN website and platform. By registering, you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Account Registration

To access the NEXT11VEN platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering
• Keep your login credentials secure and not share them with others
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.

3. Platform Rules & Acceptable Use

NEXT11VEN is a professional recruitment platform. You agree not to:

• Post false, misleading, or inaccurate information on your profile
• Impersonate another person, club, or organisation
• Use the platform to harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Send unsolicited messages or spam to other users
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

4. Player & Coach Profiles

By creating a profile on NEXT11VEN, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display your profile information, images, and content to other registered users of the platform (clubs, coaches, and scouts) for the purpose of football recruitment.

You retain ownership of all content you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any media you upload to your profile.

Profile approval is at our discretion. We review profiles within 48 hours and may decline or remove profiles that do not meet our standards.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

Free Accounts

Basic accounts are free. Free players and coaches can create profiles and access core platform features.

Premium Subscriptions

Premium features are available via paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at the time of purchase.

• Payments are processed securely by Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial periods, except where required by law

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will give you at least 30 days notice before any price change takes effect.

6. Platform Availability

We aim to keep NEXT11VEN available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, updates, or reasons outside our control.

We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime or unavailability.

7. No Guarantee of Opportunities

NEXT11VEN is a recruitment platform — we connect players and coaches with clubs, but we do not guarantee any specific outcome, trial, signing, or employment arrangement. All recruitment decisions are made independently by clubs and coaches using the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the NEXT11VEN website and platform — including the logo, design, text, and software — is owned by NEXT11VEN Ltd or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEXT11VEN Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of opportunity, loss of earnings, or reputational damage.

Our total liability to you in connection with these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hello@next11ven.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
